Merchandise ordered can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states, we currently do not ship purchases internationally.

We offer three shipping methods for online orders:

(1) Standard ground shipping

(2) 2-Day Delivery, and

(3) Next-Day Delivery

IMPORTANT: First Class International Parcel Service can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks for delivery.

* Delivery times are approximate. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not considered Business Days.

** Orders received before 11:59 AM PST should ship that same day;

orders received after 11:59 AM PST should ship the next Business Day.

*** $6.95 (flat rate) for all standard ground shipping orders in the Continental U.S.

Free standard ground shipping in the continental U.S. on orders of $99.00 or more.

LV BEAUTY LOUNGE and LV BEAUTY LABS will not be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

While we hope you are completely thrilled with your order, we want to let you know about your options:

*        If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet shipped,

please contact us at orders@lvbeautylounge.com within 2 hours of ordering.

​

*       If your order has already shipped, check back for tracking updates.

You will have the option to return your order at a later date.

​

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return or exchange on opened skincare/bath/makeup/beauty products due to hygienic reasons unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such instances, we ask that you please send a photo of the damaged item(s) to service@lvbeautylounge.com within 48 hours upon receipt of delivery.

 

Once approved we will email a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) shipping code with label if we request the damaged item to be returned. Once approved/received,we will gladly refund or replace the item to you immediately.

Otherwise, All Skincare, Bath, & Cosmetic sales are final.  We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product.

For ALL Non Skincare, Bath, & Cosmetic items we offer a 30 day Return Policy. Refunds or Exchanges will be processed when the item is returned. Thank You!
